DIRECTOR
As Director Mr. Riandory is responsible to business overview & development of
GPAM, He will support GPAM & continue to oversee the existing real estate portfolios and remains responsible for the asset and partner selection. He is a leader with over 20 years of commercial and asset management experience.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
With his years experience in construction, planning & development in commercial
area Dedy has able to show his capacity to managing large scale projects both highrise building to mix used real estate
development.
SATRIA SANTOSO
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Degree in hospitality with more than 20 years experience service industry, especially in opening project with successful properties with value of million dollars across Bali, Labuan Bajo, Java, Manado & the other islands in Indonesia,with Mr. Riandory handling reclamation project in Manado.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Roman ro, our creative director is responsible for the design and in charge of the production house team which creates commercial content for our clients, he has created many viral videos which has millions of views on tiktok and instagram reels. Previous to that he has many years of experience creating commercial videos for luxury hotels and automotive industry brand names and more.

Kus our associate director in charge of special projects, he has a law firm and previously also own a property agency, exotic properties which was very successful, he also consults for urban planning projects and has been involved in reclaimation projects in sulawesi.

SALES MANAGER
Tanaka our sales manager in charge of videotron and advertising sales is well versed in the industry with more than fiveteen years experience. His skills in marketing management, event planning, customer service, advertising, brand marketing, digital marketing and marketing strategy planning has made him a valuable asset at pt gpam.
